- Flame on til 72 degrees to reach 74 degrees
- 18 degrees ambient temp only dropped to 72 with grain in
- First 5 mins temp over 69 degrees
- Mash fluctuated between 68 + 69 degrees
- 15 min rest after boil with stir reduced temp to 86 degrees.
- Hop stand for 10 mins
- 21.5l after boil and added 3.5l to reach 25l |
