Notes

poor efficiency in mash. I think the water ratios I am using are wrong. apparently you are meant to mash with about 3l of water per kg of grain. I had 20l in this batch - too much?. maybe lower next time?

Tasting notes. Would definitely brew again. Really clean easy drinking beer. Very little ibu’s (seemed less than noted here). Just need to get the alcohol up to about 4.5%.
