Og: 1.030 @ 80F = 1.032
First brew in the new house. Has been nearly two years since last time I brewed at all, do this is getting back into the game.
Seems this came in way off target for starting gravity (expected 1.05-ish)
Setup with blowoff tube to large jar in ferm chamber in garage. Bubbling well this evening. Set thermostat to try holding on to 70F in chamber. Lately the daily high temps have been staying in the 70's. Will see how it goes. |

PLANNING NOTE:
Add tea of the following at racking time
- 0.1 oz coriander seed
- 0.1 oz dry orange peel
- 0.2 oz herbs Provence
- 8.0 oz water
Start by boiling the orange peel and coriander for about 5 min.
Add the herbs Provence at flameout and allowed to steep for 10 min.
Once cooled, introduces to secondary fermenter.

RG: 0.992 @ 70F = 0.993 (5.12 ABV)
Racked to glass carbon for secondary.
Steeped tea of herbs as noted in prior planning note, added to fermenter (mostly strained).
