Notes

An end of summer, sessionable quaff made possible by the addition of some home-grown hops given to me by a very generous neighbor. Variety and AA are unknown but are citrusy and very aromatic. I have named the hops, and the beer, Good Neighbors in their honor and will be splitting this 10 gallon batch with them.
The Brown Sugar in the 'Fermentables' section is actually Thai Palm Sugar that I found in a local Asian market, which should add some interesting flavors.
The A24 - Dry Hop is from reinvigorated washed yeast made into a 4.5 liter starter with 500 grams of DME.
