Notes

First attempt at a hopped mead. In collaboration with a local bee keeper in the area, who's bees primary source are blackberries that grow wild in the area. The honey has a berry flavoring and purple tint to it when viewed in the light. Really my first attempt at homebrew, so hoping it turns out decent. If anyone wishes to send me some suggestions I'd be more than happy to hear your thoughts.
