this would still need efficiency adjustment

not sure how they calculate their final gravity coming out so low. im pretty sure i wouldnt be able to achieve that....

also its a really long brew day with 90+ mins mash and 105 min boil....

also there is a lot of aging / lagering that would need to happen at the end...
