Notes
  1. Dried tangerine peel will be tea bagged and hung in BK for last 10 minutes of boil.
  2. Dry hop schedule: Day Two of Active Fermentation, then End of Fermentation, then End of Fermentation +3 days. 1 lb. of each three hops in each dry hop = 3 lbs. per dry hop x 3 dry hops = 9 lbs. of dry hops. Divided by 3.5bbl batch = ~2.6lbs per bbl.
