The passion fruit will be added at the end in the fermenter 3rd day. A bit of honey in boil, and the rest for the fermenter.

Start at 19c then rise up to 24 at the end of the fermentation. 1C cada 3 dias. Terminar octubre 23 a 24c y el 24 de octubre embotellar.
