Added the relish. Used no orange, cherry juice, slightly less apple and less cranberry--it was WAY too much everything to fit in the carboy. |

I'm going to have to replace the apple with something else, given I'm apparently allergic to apples, and I want to boost the cranberry to make the next batch more tart. Right now it was barely noticeable, and mostly just made the beer pink. Also HOO BOY miscalculated on the priming sugar. I've had 2 of 3 geyser upon opening. |
