Notes

Slightly amber and very hoppy Mosaic Session IPA!

Updated recipe to make this a specialty Belgian IPA using a French Saison yeast and brewed at room temperature!
Mixed in a bit more Galaxy hops
Reduced the bitterness to 50 IBU
Added orange peal
TBD if I'll add some cloves too!
