Raised the temp to 66* using my heat belt. Will keep for a couple of days as a diacetyl rest. |

added 1/2 packet of SafAle 05 to the batch to see if i can squeeze a little more fermentation out. Taste is decent but too sweet and not showing any signs of further fermenting. No diacetyl or sulfur observed. Temp set at 60* |

Nicely done batch. lagered for a bit and now in the keg to rest more in the fridge.
Quite clear and chocolaty color.
