Kegged and bottle conditioned. All got 4.5 oz for 2.3 vollumes, keg will sit ambient basement for 2 weeks. |

Notes from Badger brewoff:
1) Stressed yeast - low pitch or low 02 (consistent with long drawn out ferm)
2) Phenols! Inappropriate; REDUCE CHLORINE
3) Diacetyl! (again, fermentation?)
4) Old hops? (cheesy) |
