1.030 @155f = 1.047 @ 68f. Gravity low, probably due to my batch sparge time too short. Also, didn't drain enough of the first wort before batch sparging. |

46 x 12 oz. bottles filled to just over 12 oz. Wash, sanitized, racked tall boys and stubbies. Total wash, bottling and clean up about 4 hours. Anthony got 24 tall boys. I kept 21 stubbies and 1 tall boy. |

Cold crashing to 38F until 24 hours before bottling. Cold box set to 35F. Delta between bottom and top of glass carboy about 3F. |

Good clean head, maintains head well, color is deep amber/copper. High level of protein haze. Not sure why this happened. Brew was very clear when bottled due to cold crash. Flavor is still young, with noticeable hops. A little too bitter for a Scottish ale. We went light on the carbonation sugar, but perhaps a little too fizzy, as well. No smell notes as I have no sense of smell due to allergies.
