Notes

Steep grains for 30 mins in 1 litre of hot tap water
Strain into a large saucepan and rinse with 1 litre of hot tap water
Add 4 litres of tap water and 1kg of Light LME, bring to the boil
After 45 mins add 20g of Cascade and 10g of Chinook hops
After boiling for 10 mins add 30g Styrian hops and boil for 5 mins
After 60 mins turn off the heat
Add the rest of the malts and dextrose and stir to dissolve
Cool the saucepan in a sink do cold water
Pour contents into a fermenter and top up with water
Stir to aerate and when at about 23 degrees C add the yeast
On day 4 of fermentation add 30g of Styrian as a dry hop.
