Collected 1.5gal at 1.047, resulting in expected OG of 1.071 (~86% efficiency). Removed 48oz and replaced with 48oz of water to hit target gravity of 1.053. |

First dry hop addition approximately 48 hours post yeast pitch. Krausen had subsided - next time should consider pitching approximately 36 hours post pitch while still at high krausen to maximize biotransformation. |
