Notes

Wheat and Munich Malts are crushed.

For cherries - either 10lbs crushed sour, 7lbs regular, or 2lbs frozen.
After flameout, let cool to 170F then add cherries, transfer into carboy.

Add Pectic enzyme just before yeast.
