Initial strike temp too low and mash temp was 148F. Hot water added, plus gas, and 150-151 seemed to be attained. |

Place in ice bath at about 5pm.
21C at 7am. Yeast smacked (2 x Wyeast 1028, London Ale). Pitched 11:30 am (after whisking for one minute). Fermentation evident within 10 hours. |

Temperature hit 24C. Fermentor put in ice bath, quickly dropped temp to 22C. Left in water for three hours, steady at 22C. |
