Notes

Rice Hulls (ARE NEEDED) in the Mash because of the Pumpkin and somewhat due to the Oats.

I prefer to use the Pumpkin in the Mash to remove the solids.

Pumpkin caramelized on baking sheet. 1 hour @ 400 degrees
