to initial 19 gallons
transfered 3 to mash and added 2 to hlt
transfered 8.5 to mash topped HLT to 12 gallons
mash was actually low so a little chalk added 5.25 @ 30 min
6ml latic add to 12gallons in HLT for sparge |
