Notes

Using the DFH60 hop schedule... using grains I had on hand. dumped it on yeast cake (that I split between 2 buckets) from the blonde ale I made the week before (Another Blonde).

Dry hopped with 1 oz each glacier and simcoe (5 gal) twice... Once upon slowing of fermentation and once the day before kegging.
