The extract is made from 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp whole allspice, 1 tsp whole clove, 1 small ginger root (sliced and roasted), 2 vanilla beans split along the edge, and 1 tsp nutmeg soaked in 2.5 oz of overproof vodka for a minimum of 1 week.
