My 1st attempt at an NEIPA!

Fermentation - 15 days
1) 1st dry hop additions 3 days after pitching, for 7 days.
2) 2nd dry hop addition after fermentation finishes (10 days), for 4 days.
3) 1 day cold crash after 14 days.
