Notes

Ultimate goal was the Purity law. However, this is a Ale and can use some help from the moss. So, considering I enjoy brilliantly clear beers, I used it. This is one of my top 3 beers! 14 day ferment at 68°. Cold crash secondary for 3 days and perform 6 hour 15 minute interval force carb. Rack into Corneys and you know the rest.
