Very cloudy but first taste is good. First day fermentation temperature was about 77° (oops); cranked up swamp cooler, so next 8 days in primary fermenter was about 65°. Racked to secondary 8/7/17. About 4.5% abv. |

Yield = 25-12oz bottles. Smelled great, tasted good for a noncarbonated beer. Very clear. Cold crashed in icewater tub (plastic garbage can) for about 4 days -- ended up at 60 deg F. Bottled with 2.2oz table sugar. FG = 1.006 = 4.5% ABV. |
