Great mash, no issues - very clear and reddish brown
No crud at all on sparge/transfer to boiler |

Considering how clear and clean the mash was, the efficiency is a surprisingly low 68oC - will check to see if this is a Red X malt specific consideration |

a little cloudy in the trial jar
Fermentation was extremely vigorous, the blow off tube and sanitiser was brown and crusty |

Trubbed and collected 1000ml of yeast for next brew.
Added 100g Citra (pellet) and 100g Simcoe (pellet) to the Fermenter- turned Fermentarium down to 12oC for 1-week dry-hopping before packaging |
