Mash temp started at 151 then probably ended somewhere near 149
Gravity was low, might try to sparge with less water next time

Specific gravity check by hydrometer seems more accurate once wort was in fermenter, used the wine cooler to get temp down to 50 for pitching lager yeast |

It was at least 1.010 or more FG, took a sample directly from fermenter and it was delicious, I want to drink a lot of it, was already decently carbed up. Great beer. |
