lost 2.75 liters to trub, hops, spices etc. The bazooka filter was clogged (better than getting orange peels in the tubing). |

Took a sample 30 hours after pitching onto yeast cake from lettvekteren, was 1.016 (monster fast fermentation?). Racked onto new bucket (dropped it like the brits) to clean it and not have as much trub from the previous beer. Was left with about 2 liters of trub and dark looking beer, dumped it and was happy with 16 liters on secondary bucket, will bottle on the 15 liter bucket this week. |
