Notes

2024:
Upravil jsem vyšší výtěžnost a snížil slad, taky dal litry z 1650/1550 na 1600/1500.
500g z 1Kg Mosaicu, co šlo na 5min do varu, jsem změnil na whirlpool.
Plánuju upravit trochu vodu a pH, což asi půjde naproti vytažení hořkosti chuťově, takže snižuju IBU ze 42 na 36
Vystírací voda 3,7l/kg sladu
Vodu upravuji na hodnoty lehkého chmeleného ejlu z jednoho youtube kanálu (cíl: Ca 110, Mg 20, Na 20, Cl 50, SO4 100 HCO3 250). Vařilo se nakonec dřív a nestihlo mi dojít CaCO3, takže musím udělat bez něj (tedy nebude voda tak tvrdá, nižší hodnoty Ca a HCO3), chtěl jsem dávat 200g CaCO3

2023:
Karamelový slad byl dřív Caramunich I, ale už posledně tam šel Carapils, tak i letos necháme Carapils.
Nakonec vyšlo na 11°, dát přístě vyšší výtěžnost, obecně v Panaczechovi alespoň 80%, spíš 81%

2022:

Při 1600l před chmelovarem a 1500l po, vyšlo 11.2°P. Takže trochu naředěno, aby jsme byli na cca 10.8° (Takže efektivita tak 80%)

Vařil spíš David, já dělal věci okolo a zavážel.
