I use my own liquid yeast, but Fullers ESB from Wyeast works well

This is a very refreshing, session beer. It doesn't sap your saliva glands like many amber/blonde beers do.

I've been brewing this almost weekly for 2years and haven't yet tired of it!

It's the best beer I've ever brewed
