Dry hopped. Tasted sample - strong, unpleasant (to me) garlic/onion notes, presumably the Eureka. Didn't really notice any pine/citrus notes, but was only a very small sip.
Removed temp probe from side of fermenter and increased temp to 20 degrees. |
