Notes

split into two primary fermenters: 5 gallons and 3 gallons.

5 gal: regular 4 weeks in the carboy.

3 gal: After 2 weeks in primary, added 1200g of raspberries, left for 2 weeks more, then bottled. [Raspberries were 2x 600g bags of frozen raspberries from Walmart, added after they thawed]

Originally was supposed to use 15 lbs of pilsner malt, but it was out of stock!
