12:50 flame on for mash liquor
1:15 temp hit
1:20 mashed in 154
1:50 stir mash
2:30 stir and drain mash
2:40 start batch sparge, flame on for boil
3:10 boil achieved, 2 oz EKG added, about 1.040
3:55 whirfloc and yeast nutrient added
4:05 1 oz EKG added
4:10 flameout, gravity high, 1 gal added: og 1.042
4:35 started chill
