Notes

For MAGA II, I reworked the original MAGA grain bill. Went from a Pilsner malt to 2-row. Added a touch of red wheat for head retention. Left the victory but lowered it and removed the corn. Raised the mash temp to 156. Left hop schedule the same. Changed yeast from Safele 5 to west coast style ale from OYL. I’m seeing this as a hop forward pale ale.
