Bring H2O to boil. Add 1 lbs Light DME, add 0.75 oz Sterling hops. Return to boil. Boil 40 minutes. Add 3.3 lbs Golden Light Breiss LME, add 0.25 oz Sterling hops, add 1 tsp irish moss. Return to boil. Boil 15 minutes.
