Notes

168 too high, my mash temp was in the mid 160's almost the entire 60 mins mash. I would go with strike water temp of 163-164F next time. expected grains to pull down temp alot more than they actually did. hopefully ill pull out at pretty much the right OG. OG : 1.040. split between two 3 gallon fermenters
