Notes

Sveppamálin í ólestri. Ekki til Wyeast 1007 né safale K97 German Ale. Keypti Safale US-05 til öryggis og eitt bréf af Bulldog B44 - European Ale (sem er einhverskonar Kölsch / Hveitibjórger en á að vera í lagi fyrir Alt). Auk þess strikaði ég út WY1007 á tvær skálar (21/6) svo við gætum reynt að ná a.m.k. einum starter.
