Put in carboy, added 2 ounces acidulated malt. Put carboy on hot plate, temp set at 95°. |

Something obviously got into the wort and fermented the beer partially during the souring phase. After boiling post souring, gravity was way too low. Beer ended up at 2% ABV instead of 4-4.5%. |

Aha. Just realized I didn't add 1# acidulated malt at end of mash. Lower gravity because of that. |
