Notes

Ran off just under 7 gallons to boil. Post boil volume was just a shade under 5 gallons. Added about 51 ounces of spring water to top off. Grain absorption rate was very accurate. Boil off volume was a little more than half a gallon more than estimated. Yeast was hydrated before pitching.

Final volume into fermentor was about 5.2 gallons, originally planned for 5.5 but post boil volume was about 4.9 due to more boil off than expected.
