added ~10oz each of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado. Left with 1 oz each of Citra and Mosaic in inventory. Total dry hopping weight was 66 grams. Remaining amount was Motueka (~36 grams/ 1.32 oz) |

Added 1 oz each of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka. Gravity dropped way too low and bitterness is thrown off. Need to boil a bit of water + lactose to raise gravity and add a bit of sweetness. Aiming for .5 lb to begin with and see where it puts the gravity. Looking for ~1.012-1.014

Added 1/4 lb of lactose in 1000ml of water to the fermenter. Took gravity reading after letting it sit for a few minutes, only went up to 1.004 |

Into corny keg and carb'd on carb panel. Will let it sit on CO2 to even out the carb but it is ready now. |
