Notes

This is an attempt to replicate the Kasteel Winter.

Use 2 packs of Saf Ale US-05 and 1 pack of Safebrew T-58

Add cocoa nibs to secondary and age according to taste. Transfer to keg or another fermenter. Condition for several months. Another option is to add cocoa nibs to the keg in a removable hop sack. Once you get the chocolate flavor you desire, remove the nibs and continue conditioning.

Scored 45 out of 50 points at the 2015 Peach State Brew Off. Advanced to mini BOS, but was bumped out for being in the wrong category.
