Add dry malt extract at 30 min and Liquid malt extract at 45 min into Boil. Total Boil time 60 minutes. Got 1.080 OG Pitched two packets of US-05 at 62 degrees. Into the 63 degree cellar on 9/18/17. All homegrown hops that were dried. 9.06 abv
