WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Low efficiency. Maybe need a longer rest to more fully convert the sugars.

Mildly assertive smoky and chocolatey notes, silky on the palette. Just a hint of bitter-sweet. VERY tasty!

After kegging and forced carb @ 50F:
Silky creamy head on the draw, soft and chewy but not heavy. Muted smoke and chocolate notes. Very balanced but low key bittersweet. Reminiscent of Guinness with a bit more body and longer finish.
