Kegged this yesterday, it’s already very tasty. Forgot the Biofine, very clean transfer, still a little yeasty, good carbonation. Tastes like grapefruit, good hop aroma and great flavor. No off flavors. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Malt is clean and subdued. Acid sparkle is almost overwhelming but not quite - could turn that down just a little bit perhaps.
So far, this is looking like my best beer in months. |

Kicked last night. Stayed good all the way through. Acid sparkle still a little high til the end. Bitterness was a little rough at the end, might decrease the initial bittering for this recipe next time. |
