Notes

Boil for 90 minutes. Add hops at 60.

Chill rapidly to 62 degrees by recirculating.

Pitch .85% of yeast or 3.6125 fluid oz or 108.8 grams.

Ferment at 62 for two weeks before adding fruit.

After fermentation is complete, add, Passionfruit, Mangos and Pineapple. Banana flavor should already exist because of hefe yeast.

OG should be 1.049
FG should be 1.013
