Approximately 4.75 gallons moved to corny keg after crashing overnight in cold room, temp of beer = 52 degrees F. Added another 13 oz of maple agave syrup to keg before transferring. Hoping to add more maple character as almost all of the maple scent/taste was fermented out when the previous 13oz maple agave syrup was added to the fermenter. Carbed on carb panel for 7 minutes. |
