Collected as much wort as I dared into the carboy. Used some extra for cooking liquid. The rest... unfortunately I dumped out. In hindsight, I probably could have filled one of the smaller vessels with wort. Oh well... Another SNAFU: I was going to add ~3lbs peaches to my session IPA, but I didn't have enough headroom to accommodate the extra volume, nor another vessel into which to rack. So... I added the peaches to this brew! Wooo, experimentation! |
