Measure SG when boil starts. Goal is apx 1.048. Adjust with water to hit target.
When cooling down, add cold water to hit OG 1.048. (Same amout as started). This reduces time to coool down (and reduceds amout of bitternes extracted from armoa hops added at end.)
Hops to add bitterness is added in a bag. Aroma hops is added into mash. (and goes into fermetation to extract maximum of armoa)
