Mash: 90 min mash around 151 F, used sleeping bag to keep warm.
Boil: Came out with .25-.5 gallon extra, possibly due to 60 min boil. However, hit target OG of 1.100
Fermentation: Racked on top of 2 batch old yeast (english ale) |
