Checked fermentation next day and realized I had not set the temperature. 11 gallons of slush and probably dead yeasties. Wonder if it's salvageable

Reset the ferm temp and checked a couple days later. Nice krausen on both buckets. Hopefully no ill effects. Time will tell

After a couple days at 60* the krausen settled down. I allowed the temp to rise to 65* which it did within a day. I will give it the chance to raise again before kegging - probably to the high 60s.
