Got 1.041. Effiency 51%. New mashing/sparging technique obviously not working. Added 454 g of Golden light DME. First brew fermented in the new fridge, sensor locked on 18-19 degrees C the first few days. Will increase to 21 when the active fermentation is done. |

Increased temp to 21. Added 50 g of Cascade dry hops directly into the fermentor. Added the zest of 2 grapefruits and 2 oranges, a total of ca. 80 grams, in a boiled hop bag, including the hot water, ca. 1-2 cups. |
